TCU’s work to help Thailand transition to regenerative agriculture now includes analyzing best practices for growing mung beans in a regenerative manner. JUST, producers of JUST EGG and other products, is one of the world’s largest buyers of mung beans (and already a buyer of beans from Thailand), and Cal State/Chico’s Center for Regenerative Agriculture and Resilient Systems, have begun work on a project that could have global ramifications on a significant crop.
