TCU, Just Foods, and the Center for Regenerative Agriculture and Resilient Systems work to create plan for regenerative crops in Thailand.

TCU’s work to help Thailand transition to regenerative agriculture now includes analyzing best practices for growing mung beans in a regenerative manner. JUST, producers of JUST EGG and other products, is one of the world’s largest buyers of mung beans (and already a buyer of beans from Thailand), and Cal State/Chico’s Center for Regenerative Agriculture and Resilient Systems, have begun work on a project that could have global ramifications on a significant crop.
