TCU addresses UN’s pre COP 25 in Costa Rica on importance of soil health to fight climate change.
The Minister of Environment and Natural Resources of El Salvador, Fernando López, participates in the preparatory meeting for the Conference of the Parties (COP) of the United Nations Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), pre COP 25 which takes place in San Jose Costa Rica.
This event aims to contribute to the global process of calling for climate ambition and action, to the negotiation process within the framework of the Convention and the Paris Agreement.
“In these work sessions we are looking to articulate with all the countries of the area, with cooperation organizations and with the different institutions to manage the planet, move jointly towards a low carbon agriculture and towards renewable energies, and above all, to improve the living conditions of our population, ”said the Salvadoran incumbent.
